The Back of House Deli Steward participates in Deli kitchen operations including cooking, retail merchandising, production planning, ordering and developing skills related to food cost analysis and staffing. They develop skills to provide mentorship and coaching to deli staff, including setting the standard for excellent customer service.

Janitorial Helper Clerks Maintain order and cleanliness throughout the store, including sweeping and mopping, cleaning bathrooms, maintaining eating areas and taking out the trash. This Manager of HRIS and Payroll manages all HRIS functions of the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS and Payroll system and manages the payroll team of three professionals. This leadership role oversees the Payroll Team to ensure efficiency, integrity, and accuracy of all work processes and systems related to the management of PCC’s wage payment and income tax processes. PCC Cooking Camp Instructors lead PCC Kids’ Camp attendees through a variety of sweet and savory recipes, imparting culinary education throughout the process.   Camp Instructors are responsible for executing classes from start to finish, providing a fun, inclusive,  and safe learning environment. Our Cooking Camps start June 24, 2024, running through the end of August. Instructors must be able to travel to at least 3 PCC store locations. (See Below)
